NPA’s Annual Conference is the premier educational event for PACE programs nationwide. The 2022 NPA Annual Conference will be held October 9-12 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle in Seattle, WA.

What's Included

The conference registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, five refreshment breaks, PACE organization site tours and the Opening Night reception.

Registration at the NPA member rate is available for staff and board members of an NPA member organization or its corporate sponsor. The early-bird registration rate is available until Sept. 23. Registrations received after that date will be subject to regular rates.

Non-members can create an account with NPA. Visit the NPA website and select Login in the top navigation bar. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. If you see your organization available in the drop-down menu of options, select it there. Use the email address associated with your company or business organization to ensure timely account verification. Select Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically. If you account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take up to two business days to receive confirmation. For assistance in creating an NPA online account, contact Jessica Chan, Manager of Association Services for assistance.

Cancellations

Registration fee refunds, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by Jeff Olszewski, senior vice president of Finance and Administration, no later than Sept. 30. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 30.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver

By registering for and attending the 2022 NPA Annual Conference in Seattle, WA, I agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations promulgated by federal, state and local government agencies and officials, NPA and the event venue. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event that may consist of providing verification of vaccination, wearing a mask is optional however highly recommended, self-testing prior to the start of the conference, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher risk related to COVID-19, such as congregating in large private gatherings and attending off-site events in crowded facilities. I further agree that I will not attend the 2022 NPA Annual Conference in person if I become ill, am exposed to the COVID-19 virus within 10 days prior to the event, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus prior to the event. I also agree to self-test 24 hours prior to traveling to the conference and to self-test the morning prior to entering the conference area. If you test positive prior to departure, do not travel to the conference. If you test positive upon arrival, you will agree to stay in your hotel room. NPA will continue to monitor evolving federal and state health and safety guidance and will communicate with registered attendees in a timely manner should any changes occur.

Additionally, I understand that travel to and participation in events may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases or other unforeseen dangers. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST NPA AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN, AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE 2022 NPA ANNUAL CONFERENCE.

* Please note that by registering for any in-person NPA event, you acknowledge and understand that you are knowingly and freely assuming all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. Further, you understand that refusal to adhere to any NPA policy including masking and testing requirements and to abide by published NPA safety measures and precautions may result in a participant's expulsion from the event and cancellation of their registration without receiving a refund.

NPA may take photos, videos and/or audio of speakers and attendees throughout the event or may receive photos, videos or audio from others. These photos, videos and audio are for NPA use only and may appear on the NPA website and social media platforms, as well as in newsletters and other NPA materials. By attending the event, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
