The NPA Annual Conference is the premier educational event for PACE programs nationwide. The 2024 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 13-16 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA.

What's Included

The conference registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, five refreshment breaks, site tours of local PACE organizations, a special California Welcome Event and the Opening Night Reception.

Registration at the NPA member rate is available for staff of an NPA member organization or its corporate sponsor. The early-bird registration rate is available until Sept. 13. Registrations received after that date will be subject to regular rates. 

Non-members can create an account with NPA. Visit the NPA website and select Member Login in the top navigation bar. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. If you see your organization available in the drop-down menu of options, select it there. Use the email address associated with your company or business organization to ensure timely account verification. Select Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically.  If you account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take up to two business days to receive confirmation. For assistance in creating an NPA online account, contact Jessica Chan.

Cancellations

Registration fee refunds, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by Jeff Olszewski, by Sept. 30. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 30. Registration cannot be canceled online.

COVID-19 Health and Safety Acknowledgement

By registering for and attending the 2024 NPA Annual Conference in San Diego, CA, I agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations related to COVID-19 promulgated by federal, state and local government agencies and officials, as well as by NPA and the event venue. If any health and safety guidelines are implemented, NPA will advise attendees. I further agree that if I test positive for COVID or have been exposed to COVID, I will abide by the current CDC Respiratory Illness Guidelines. Among the CDC resources available is the COVID Facility Access Tool.

Please note that by registering for any in-person NPA event, you acknowledge and understand that you are knowingly and freely assuming all risks related to illness and infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. Further, you understand that refusal to adhere to any health or safety guidelines that may be implemented may result in your dismissal from the event and cancellation of your registration without receiving a refund.

Photography at the NPA Annual Conference

NPA may take photos, videos and/or audio of speakers and attendees throughout the event or may receive photos, videos or audio from others.  These photos, videos and audio are for NPA use only and may appear on the NPA website and social media platforms, as well as in newsletters and other NPA materials. By attending the event, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

  • Click the Register Myself button or choose to Register Someone Else at your organization.
  • Answer the questions, as applicable, before proceeding to checkout.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout to pay.
