NPA’s Annual Conference is the premier educational event for PACE programs nationwide. The 2026 NPA Annual Conference will be held October 11-14 at the Sheraton Denver Downton Hotel in Denver, CO.

What's Included

The conference registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, five refreshment breaks, PACE organization site tours and the Opening Night reception.

Registration at the NPA member rate is available for staff of an NPA member organization or its corporate sponsor. The early-bird registration rate is available until Sept. 11. Registrations received after that date will be subject to regular rates. 

Non-members can create an account with NPA. Visit the NPA website and select Member Login in the top navigation bar. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. If you see your organization available in the drop-down menu of options, select it there. Use the email address associated with your company or business organization to ensure timely account verification. Select Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically.  If you account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take up to two business days to receive confirmation. For assistance in creating an NPA online account, contact NPA.

Cancellations

Registration fee refunds, less a $100 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by NPA Accounting, by Sept. 25. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 25. Registration cancellations cannot be processed online.

Photography at the NPA Annual Conference

NPA may take photos, videos and/or audio of speakers and attendees throughout the event or may receive photos, videos or audio from others.  These photos, videos and audio are for NPA use only and may appear on the NPA website and social media platforms, as well as in newsletters and other NPA materials. By attending the event, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

Emergency Alert Notification

By registering, you agree to receive important emergency notifications via text message during the conference from the number 64800. These alerts will only be used for critical updates, such as safety information or urgent schedule changes. Your phone number will not be shared or sold, and you will not receive any marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. If a text is sent during the conference, you will be given the option to opt out by replying STOP.

Disclosure of Attendee Contact Information

By registering for or attending this conference, you acknowledge and agree that NPA may share your contact information (name, job title, organization, email address, and organization phone number) with event sponsors and exhibitors. Sponsors and exhibitors may contact you to offer additional information, services, promotions, or invitations relevant to the content of the event or your professional interests. You will have the opportunity to opt out of future sponsor/exhibitor communications upon receipt.

Sponsors and exhibitors receiving this information are expected to use it in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws and only for purposes directly related to their participation in the event. NPA may use your contact information for data analysis and outreach concerning future conferences.   • Answer the questions, as applicable, before proceeding to checkout.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout to pay.
