Live sessions will take place Feb. 10-14. Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend these sessions to participate in interactive discussions. The live sessions will be recorded for later viewing. All recorded and pre-recorded sessions will be available to attendees through March 21.
The Virtual Winter Conference is designed for front-line and administrative-level staff, who are essential to the successful daily operation of a PACE center. The self-paced online event is open to all individuals who are interested and believe they may find value in the content. Everyone is welcome to register and participate. Access to education and networking is paramount in finding and retaining high-quality staff, NPA is pleased to offer this valuable educational and networking opportunity to the PACE community.
What’s Included
In addition to access to the live and pre-recorded educational sessions, your registration includes the ability to interact with other attendees on the conference event site and mobile app. Continuing medical education (CME) credits for physicians, continuing nursing education (CNE) credits for nurses, and continuing education (CE) credits for social workers will be offered.

Non-members can also create an account with NPA by visiting the NPA website and selecting Login in the top navigation bar. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. Select your organization from the drop-down menu of options. Use the email address associated with your company or business organization to ensure timely account verification. Select Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically. If your account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take up to two business days to receive confirmation.

Cancellations
A refund for the registration fee, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by NPA Accounting by Feb. 7 after your registration has been processed. No refunds will be issued after the first day of the live conference after your registration has been processed. Members are not able to cancel their registrations online.
Attendee Information at the NPA Virtual Winter Conference
The event site for the virtual conference features a profile of each attendee. Attendees can determine what information is displayed, such as a photo and demographic information. All speakers and registrants have access to the Attendees section. By attending the conference, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.
