Registration at the NPA member rate is available to employees and board members of an NPA member organization or its corporate sponsor. The early-bird registration rate is available until Feb. 27. Registrations received after that date will be subject to regular rates. Registrations received after March 20 will be processed on-site.
Cancellations
Refunds, less a $50 service fee, will be given for the NPA Spring Policy Forum if written cancellation is received by March 20 to Jeff Olszewski, senior vice president of Finance and Administration. No refunds will be issued after March 20. Substitutes may take the place of registrants. Please contact Jeff Olszewski, by Monday, March 20, with the name of the substitute.
COVID-19 Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending the 2023 NPA Spring Policy Forum in Washington, DC, I agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations promulgated by federal, state and local government agencies and officials, NPA and the event venue. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event that may consist of wearing a mask at all times in indoor public areas, providing verification of vaccination, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-19-related risk, such as congregating in large private gatherings and attending off-site events in crowded facilities. I further agree that I will not attend the 2023 Spring Policy Forum in person if I become ill, I will wear a mask if I am exposed to the COVID-19 virus within 7 days prior to the event.
Additionally, I understand that travel to and participation in events may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases or other unforeseen dangers. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST NPA AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN, AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE 2023 NPA SPRING POLICY FORUM.

Photography at the NPA Spring Policy Forum
NPA may take photos, videos and/or audio of speakers and attendees throughout the event or may receive photos, videos or audio from others. These photos, videos and audio are for NPA use only and may appear on the NPA website and social media platforms, as well as in newsletters and other NPA materials. By attending the event, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
