What do I need to attend this conference?

The conference is being offered entirely online through an event site. All you need is a paid registration, reliable internet connection and browser. Download the latest Zoom app for the best conference experience. Click here to test your internet connection.

Do I need a username and password to access this event?

All attendees will use their NPA Online username and password to register for this event and access the event content. Use your existing NPA Online login. If you do not have one, you can create a free account. Be sure to use your business email address to create your new account. See below for more information about your NPA Online account and how to get help.

My colleague wants to attend, too. Can I share my login and access with them?

Your NPA Online username and password are unique to you. Never share them with anyone else. To register someone else from your organization for this event, click on the event registration tab and select Register Someone Else. Each individual attendee must have a unique registration for this event.

I’m registered. Where are the sessions?

Event content will be made available online here beginning Aug. 10. Visit this area of the event site beginning on that date to access event content, including sessions.

I am scheduled to be out of the office at the start of this event. How long will content be available?

Both the Clinical Workshop Series and Quality Webinar Series will launch in August and feature live webinars each month through November. Recordings of the live webinars will be available on the event site a few days after they are held. The Medical Director Essentials Course materials will be available beginning Sept. 7. We strongly encourage registrants to attend the live series, but access to all event materials, including recorded sessions, will be available through Jan. 10, 2022.  

What do I do if I get disconnected from a live session?

If you must leave or are disconnected from a live session, use your Join link again to rejoin the session in progress.

I want to stream the recording of a session I did not attend. Is that possible?

Live sessions will be recorded, and the recordings will be posted on the event site as soon as they are available, usually within two days of the sessions. If you miss a live session, check back to the event site to access the recording.

How do I ask a question of a panelist or speaker?

You can ask a question of a presenter during the live sessions. If you aren't able to participate in a live session and would like to reach out to a speaker, you can find the presenter’s contact information in the presentation slides, which will be made available.

How do I get CME/CNE credit if this is an online event?

This Summer Series event has been preapproved for CME/CNE credit. Paid event registrants can claim credits commensurate with their participation at the conclusion of the live series in November for the Clinical and Quality series. A learner notification document will be provided before the conclusion of the series in November at which time you can access the site to obtain your certificate. The Medical Director Essentials Course is approved for an additional CMD credit and credit may be claimed any time after the completion of the course.

Website Login

Members use the same NPA Online account they use to access member-only online resources, such as the NPA e-Communities for PACE, to access online registration. Members who do not have an NPA Online account will need to create one.

Create a Free NPA Online Account

Creating an account is free and takes just 3 minutes. Select Sign In from the top navigation bar. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. Select the name of your organization from the drop-down menu of options and use the email address associated with your NPA member organization to ensure timely account verification. Select Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests will be approved automatically. If your account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take one to two days to receive confirmation.

Retrieve a Lost Password or Username

Members who have an existing NPA Online account may retrieve their username or reset their password by visiting the NPA website and selecting Login from the top navigation bar. Then select Forgot Username or Forgot Password and follow the prompts to recover your lost account information.
